I’ve been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of “patient 
clinical data analysis" to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations, and come up with diagnosis and treatment plan.

Case Presentation
30 Year old Female , Shepherd  by Occupation resident of Nalgonda,came to casuality with chief complaints of Fever and chills since 10 days with evening rise of temperature and was Relieved on Taking Medication.It was also associated with Nausea and Loss of appetite.She was Not able to Go to Work since 3 days.There is H/o 1 episode of Burning Micturition 5 days Back.No Constipation.No Shortness Of Breath.No Bleeding Per Rectum.
Past History
Not A K/C/O DM,HTN,Asthma,Epilepsy.
